BECC is located in the middle of large slums, who live in abject poverty and in unhygienic conditions.  These people fall prey to many disease like Cholera, Tuberculosis, Diarrhea, skin diseases, fever, cold, cough etc.  Health Care is a basic human need; however, poorer section runs medical OPD clinic in its premised for the poor sections of society often do not have access to adequate healthcare.

The BECC's Medical Clinic started in 1999 is an endeavor to offer free  medical services to the poor and the helpless people living in the slums.  Free medical cams, health awareness campaigns on health care, nutrition and hygiene are organized to create awareness about the well-being and health of the people in the communities.
