Medical OPD was started in the year 1999. BECC is surrounded by big slums housing around 1.5 million people. Due to high density of population, there is no hygienic atmosphere in these slums. The drainage systems and the toilet systems are in a bad condition and the slum dwellers become victims of all sort of diseases. Medicines are not affordable by many, which means that they often do not take proper care of their health. As a result many poor people loose their lives at an early stage.

Looking into the above problem and to help this segment medically, BECC started an OPD Clinic for the poor and downtrodden inhabitants of the slums. The service of the OPD is available on all weekdays from 4pm to 6 pm.
