Employment is a vital issue in today's world. The BECC conducts career oriented programs/training to equip the educated with knowledge and skills for gainful employment.

To provide the educated youth in the slums the opportunity to learn and gain knowledge in computers at affordable rates, the BECC, in its silver jubilee year in 1999 started the Computer Institute on 1st floor of the BECC premises in Bandra (East), Mumbai.
